kktckart creates custom NFC cards for businesses in North Cyprus. Contact info@kktckart.com for privacy and support enquiries.
2. Information and its uses
We use names, business names, contact details and messages sent by email, plus artwork, quantities, destination links, delivery details and necessary invoicing information supplied for orders. These support quotes, design approval, production, delivery, support and applicable record obligations. The basis depends on the activity: preparing or performing a contract, an applicable legal obligation or separate consent where required. We do not sell personal information or automatically add contacts to marketing lists.
Email links open your email application; you send the message from there. Updateable links retain a card code and destination for the redirect. The application does not count taps or build visitor profiles. Hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, browsers and request times.
3. Providers and sharing
The site is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Correspondence uses Zoho Mail; fonts load through Google Fonts. Our printing partner and any delivery provider receive only the information needed for their work. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside North Cyprus. Independent destination websites apply their own privacy practices.
4. Retention and your requests
Correspondence and order records are retained for the enquiry, order or support purpose and applicable record obligations. An updateable card's code and destination are kept to operate its link. Unnecessary information is assessed for deletion or anonymisation. Email info@kktckart.com for information, access, correction or deletion where applicable. We verify your authority as appropriate and explain any records we need to retain. Your applicable rights, including contacting the KKTC Personal Data Protection Board, remain unaffected.
